2. Fix the foundations
If the site itself is the problem, that gets scoped, quoted and built first. Structure, messaging, mobile, tracking and SEO-ready setup — so there's something worth optimising.
3. Then optimise, monthly
Content, local search and ongoing refinement through an SEO retainer. Month to month, so you can stop when it stops being useful.
If your website needs work before an SEO package makes sense, I'll say so and quote it separately rather than sell you a retainer that can't succeed.
That's the part most people don't get told.

Most builds land between $3,500 and $6,500 ex GST depending on scope, page count and functionality. You'll get a fixed quote before anything starts — no hourly surprises.

Often neither is obvious from the outside, which is what the free audit is for. If your site's foundations are sound, SEO is the better spend. If they aren't, optimising it won't help much and I'll tell you that.

Yes. AI assistants pull from clearly structured, clear, useful pages, and a lot of small business sites aren't set up to be read that way. It's part of the SEO work rather than a separate product.

No. Both SEO retainers are month to month, and ongoing support is ad hoc. If it isn't working for you, stop.
